		<description><![CDATA[I was so excited this morning to find your very interesting artlcle on the Winegars.  I thought I &quot;had closed the book&quot; on them, but as usual, new information has a way of taking us by surprise. I won&#039;t go into detail now, but I have been doing Gen. Research for MANY years, and they were one of my favorite families.  I am a descendant of Ashbel 4 who married Betsy Carr.  I have also done quite a lot of work on the Carr family. We have a Rev. War hero there, too. I would so love to hear from you if possible.]]></description>
